Tracy Stice, a licensed Realtor on Maui for over 28 years who has been involved in over 1,000 transactions offers an unparalleled amount of knowledge, insight, and experience. Tracy has also done a number of his own subdivisions as well making many personal investments in Maui real estate. His son, Jeremy Stice, has been licensed over a year, and has already been involved in more than 15 transactions. He loves working side-by-side with his father and is quickly gaining experience of his own in working with clients, marketing properties, and closing transactions. The father and son team work together on every transaction, capitalizing on each other's strengths.

Being from two very different generations, the Stice Team is able to serve its clientele with multiple perspectives, ideas, energy, and experience.
